Review:

This was our first visit to a Warner Hotel and we enjoyed it that much we have already booked another one in North Wales.
The food was excellent and a good and variable choice of menu, the entertainment was also very good with something to do almost all day without venturing out of the hotel, as the weather was not very good on our visit, but we still had a wonderful time.
I can thoroughly recommend this one and will keep you posted about the North Wales one.

we have been to a few Warner's hotels and have just returned from a 7 day break at Alveston hall, which turned out to be the best yet, the staff were very friendly, professional but laid back, the room was more like a suite, the food was out of this world with plenty of choice, but the ents team were bye far the best we've seen either at Warner's or any other break, they were a laugh, well rehearsed, talented with a range of voices, and the backing band "blackjacks " where outstanding, the experience was that good we have already booked to go back later in the year.

Our third visit to Alvaston Hall and it didn't disappoint in any way xx all the staff are fabulous and friendly x nothing is to much trouble x our room in the courtyard was great. We've stayed same room each visit x our fitness club is also excellent and our Sunday morning aqua aerobics so much fun x
The food is amazing and all entertainment is performed by excellent staff and visiting artists x we certainly danced the nights away.
Can't wait to return.

This is a perfect break away for relaxation. The staff team in the main, work very hard to make you feel a valued guest.
Plus points- superb Royale suite. comfy bed and pillows. Exceptionally clean. Brilliant housekeeping team!!!! Nothing is too much trouble.
Food is excellent and there is such a varied choice you can't go wrong-everyone catered for. The only gripe is that coffee at breakfast is generally pretty tasteless and lukewarm but you can't have everything!!
Entertainment good in the evening. The shows from the resident team are always so well rehearsed and exciting. This was my first 4 night break and the star guest performers weren't known names but comedian funny, if a bit non politically correct, and the tenor singer was superb.
Negatives. My first all inclusive break and I wouldn't recommend this. Horrible wine. It did taste watered down and spirits not much better. Can't answer for the beer.Limited choice of drinks so disappointing. Our wine waiter was a lost cause on table 196.Never came back to ask if we needed anything . I had to shout to him at one point as he looked right through us. Chatting to other guests near us netted similar comments. Shame as it marred a good table spot and otherwise brilliant dining experience.
Creaky floorboards in suite above my room 457 did irritate a bit. The people upstairs couldn't help it but it was a bit noticeable at night.
Also could the entertainments team try to be a little more inventive with day activity as the activities become samey if you visit a lot. I know that's quite hard-can't please everyone. This is about my sixth visit . I will definteley be back but not all inclusive though.
Overall brilliance and thanks to all.
